British Columbia Regional Pilot
An applicant who is approved as a provincial nominee will be able to apply with his dependent family members to become a permanent resident of Canada in the provincial nominee class.
Before completing the registration, you must engage and visit an enrolled community in order to receive their support. Godmer Immigration Consultant will assist you with your business plan and coordinate with the designated communities.
In order to qualify for this program, you must have:

3+ years of experience as a business owner-manager, 4+ years of experience as a senior manager, or a combination of 1+ year of experience as a business owner-manager and 2+ years of experience as a senior manager;

A net worth of at least CAD 300,000;

Post-secondary credentials or experience as an active business owner-manager for at least 36 of the last 60 months with 100% ownership in the business;

Submitted a business proposal to establish the business in B.C. and must be referred by the enrolled community;

At least 51% ownership of the business;

Invested at least CAD 100,000;

The minimum language requirement of CLB 4 in English or French.
