This program was created in 2013 by the government of Antigua and Barbuda to attract investors and allow them to easily obtain citizenship and a passport for the country.

Applicants must choose one of the following investment options:

National Development (NDF) contribution of USD 100,000 for a family of 4 or less, or USD 125,000 for a family of 5;

Real estate investment of USD 400,000 (2-bed villa);

Real estate investment of USD 450,000 (3-bed villa).
